Fåglar har en speciell förmåga att landa i mitt måleri, ofta helt utan förvarning. Det här verket är fött ur just en sådan stund av ren skaparglädje, och målat på akrylpapper. Påfågeln, med sin stolta och spirituella symbolism, fick här ta form genom en färgpalett som ligger mig extra varmt om hjärtat. Istället för en realistisk avbildning har jag låtit motivet explodera i vibrerande nyanser av lila och rosa. Det är färger som för mig representerar både intuition, mystik och en lekfull passion. Genom att arbeta med akryl har jag byggt upp kontraster där det mjuka möter det kraftfulla, vilket ger fjäderdräkten liv, djup och en påtaglig närvaro. Ett verk skapat för att sprida både färgstark energi och en känsla av stolt elegans till rummet det landar i.

Birds have a special way of landing in my paintings, often completely unannounced. This piece was born from just such a moment of pure, intuitive creativity on acrylic paper. The peacock, with its proud and spiritual symbolism, took shape here through a color palette that is exceptionally close to my heart. Instead of a realistic depiction, I allowed the motif to explode into vibrant shades of purple and pink. For me, these are colors that represent intuition, mystery, and a playful passion. By working with the unique qualities of acrylics, I have built contrasts where the soft meets the powerful, giving the plumage a vibrant depth and a tangible presence. A piece created to bring both colorful energy and a sense of proud elegance to whatever room it lands in.
