Alexandra Petropoulou är en samtida konstnär vars verk kännetecknas av en kraftfull taktil närvaro och en djup känslomässig resonans. Teknik och material
Kärnan i Alexandras konstnärliga uttryck ligger i den unika kombinationen av färg och skulptural relief. Genom att arbeta i flera lager med högkvalitativ akrylfärg, strukturpasta, lack och ibland råa mineraler eller metalliska pigment, bygger hon upp tredimensionella ytor med stark karaktär. Den kraftiga strukturen gör att målningarna lever och förändras beroende på rummets ljusinsläpp under dagen – de upphöjda partierna skapar naturliga skuggor, medan de metalliska detaljerna fångar ljuset och ger verket ett exklusivt uttryck.
Varje verk är ett unikt, handgjort originalutförande, uppspänt på premiumkilramar och skyddat med professionell fernissa för optimal UV-beständighet och färgstabilitet. Hennes konst säljs till privata samlare internationellt och erbjuder en perfekt balans mellan dynamisk energi och meditativt lugn.
