Bjorn Sunland

Artist located in Uppsala town . My studio is located fifteen minutes west of Uppsala.

Right now I'm doing mostly portrait painting. At the moment I am working on female portraits with a lot of color and expression. In the past there has been more landscape painting.

My painting style is quite fast with large brush strokes and usually a powerful palette. I try to get a painting done right away at the same time, or at most two to three times. This is to maintain a relationship with the work and not create too great a distance.
