I have recently discovered that I can express my feelings through art. By holding the brush and letting the emotions flow and come out on the canvas. I usually paint without knowing what I am going to paint but just let it come out, and when the painting is finished there is a message.

Jag har nyligen upptäckt att jag kan uttrycka mina känslor genom konst. Genom att hålla i penseln och låta känslorna flöda fritt ut på duken. Oftast målar jag utan att veta på förhand vad motivet ska bli. Jag låter det bara växa fram, och när målningen är klar bär den på ett budskap.
