Rachelle Åstrand

I am an architect and a watercolour artist.

My skills in watercolour painting developed formally during my architectural studies in the university, where I took several courses on freehand drawing and watercolour painting. During my free time, I enjoy experimenting and painting freely and artistically with watercolour.

I have had public art exhibits and has been holding watercolor courses and workshops at the School of Architecture of Lund University since 2012. I like to push my boundaries, studying and painting new series. I enjoy painting such that I make sure to create a place and time for it, beside my everyday work as an architect.
