A little heat, a little colour, a little chaos — and a table full of good food, good people, and stories that last long after the sun goes down.

Taco Tuesday is a celebration of the spicy side of life. Inspired by the fiery energy of chilli peppers, the warmth of Mediterranean summers, and the laid-back spirit of gathering around a table with friends, this painting is all about bringing a little extra flavour into the everyday.

The vibrant pink feels like a sunset after a long, sun-soaked day, while the fiery reds and oranges bring the heat. Little green stems dance between the peppers, adding a fresh touch to the playful chaos. Together, the colours create an energy that is bold, cheeky, and impossible to ignore — a little Mexican fiesta with a Mediterranean soul.

My creative process is about embracing that same spontaneity. I let the colours lead, follow the movement of each pepper, and enjoy the freedom of filling the canvas without overthinking it. Every shape has its own character, its own little twist, and its own place in the bigger picture. Nothing needs to be perfectly organised; sometimes the magic is in the mess.

For me, this artwork is a reminder that life shouldn't always be taken so seriously. It's about long dinners that turn into late nights, olive oil on the table, chilli on your fingertips, music playing in the background, and friends who feel like family. It's about turning an ordinary Tuesday into something worth celebrating.

A little spicy, a little wild, and full of life — made for spaces that don't take themselves too seriously and people who believe that the best moments are often the unplanned ones.

So turn up the music, pour something cold, pass the tacos, and bring a little fire into your everyday.

Life is better with a little spice.

Evelina Dewaldi is a Swedish contemporary artist and muralist known for her large-scale, nature-inspired artworks that blend Scandinavian minimalism with Mediterranean warmth.

With a background in interior design, Evelina has always been drawn to color, texture, and spatial composition. Her natural eye for aesthetics led her into the world of design, and since relocating to southern Spain more than three years ago, she has worked as an interior designer at a Scandinavian design studio in the Málaga region.

Alongside her work in interiors, Evelina has developed an increasingly experimental art practice focused on movement, texture, and scale. Rather than limiting herself to traditional painting techniques, she explores alternative materials and intuitive methods of applying color — often working directly onto walls, large canvases, and unconventional surfaces.

Her work is deeply influenced by nature, light, and the contrast between Nordic simplicity and the organic, sun-washed atmosphere of the Mediterranean. As a passionate scuba diver and ocean lover, she finds constant inspiration beneath the surface — in shifting light, natural textures, movement, and the calming energy of water.

Combined with her active lifestyle and love for sports, these experiences bring a sense of freedom, balance, and vitality into her creative process. Through murals and contemporary abstract pieces, Evelina creates artworks and spaces that feel both calm and expressive — designed to bring energy, depth, and emotion into an environment.
