My feelings for you, 2026

10 x 10 x 10 cm

I have always felt too much.

Too many feelings. Too big. Too close to the surface.
They can arrive all at once overwhelming, uncontrollable, impossible to ignore.

My feelings build my life.
They shape the way I see, create, love, react and understand the world around me. They have carried me through difficult moments, helped me trust my intuition and made me who I am.

But sometimes, they take over.
They can hold me back, make everything feel bigger than it is, and leave little room for anything else.

I have been called sensitive. Over-sensitive, even.

But I choose to see it differently.

To feel deeply is a gift.
To notice what others might miss.
To care fiercely.
To experience life in full colour.

These little cans are containers for all those feelings that refuse to stay small.

My Sweet Overwhelm is a reminder that feeling too much might not be something to fix.

Maybe it is something to embrace.

Available in different colours because every feeling has its own shade.

Sofia Reshmi is a Swedish contemporary artist based in Berlin, whose practice moves between painting, photography, sculpture and mixed media. Working across a number of interconnected series, she combines found imagery, Polaroids, paint, spray, text and sculptural elements to create works that are at once visually immediate and conceptually layered.
Her work explores identity, belonging, longing, desire and the tension between the individual and the world around us. Personal experiences are often transformed into visual narratives that leave room for ambiguity, humour and emotional recognition. Rather than telling a single story, Reshmi creates fragments, symbols and situations that invite the viewer to complete the narrative themselves.
A distinctive part of her practice is the way she combines familiar visual languages with unexpected materials and contexts. Pop-cultural references, personal memories, everyday objects and archetypal imagery can coexist within the same work, creating a visual language that is playful on the surface while carrying a deeper emotional undercurrent.
Recent bodies of work include Mallorca / Coming Home, Analogue Stories, Longing: Distance, Boring Housewives, Urbano Cats and Transitions. Across these series, Reshmi continuously investigates what it means to belong to a place, to another person, to a memory, or ultimately to oneself.
Reshmi's career has developed rapidly since she began presenting her work publicly, with collectors across Europe, the US and other international markets. Her practice is increasingly positioned at the intersection of contemporary art, visual culture and a new generation of artist-led international practice.
Based in Sweden, Reshmi works with both intimate and large-scale formats and continues to develop an expanding body of work intended for an international audience.
Reshmi has also founded the international invitationalclub Social Art Club (SAC.) which brings collectors and artlovers together.
