Aleksandar Novakovic - born in Serbia in 1963, lives in Sweden since 2001. Before coming to Sweden, he did amateur illustrations and comics... and played bass guitar in groups for many years. Since coming to Sweden until today, he has had a break from painting. After a great tragedy and after 25 years, he returned to drawing.
He likes to paint with colored chalk on dark paper.
His painting themes are music and old age, sometimes with a touch of mystery and fantasy. The themes are dark and a bit heavy.
