I am a Stockholm-based artist working primarily in acrylic, creating abstract and semi-abstract paintings shaped by an interplay of colour, texture, geometry and organic form.

My practice explores the tension between what is revealed and what remains concealed. Landscapes are reduced to fragments, horizons become thresholds, and familiar forms dissolve into atmospheres that are felt rather than defined.

Nature is a recurring presence, not as a subject to be reproduced, but as a source of rhythm, structure and transformation. Geological surfaces, weathered walls, water, light and shifting landscapes inform a visual language in which organic and geometric elements coexist.

Layering is central to my process. Paint is built up, scraped back and reworked, allowing earlier layers to remain partially visible beneath the surface. The resulting textures evoke traces of time something aged, eroded or rediscovered. Imperfection becomes part of the composition rather than something to be concealed.
My palette moves between luminous colour and quieter, atmospheric tones. Influenced by the emotional presence of colour and the contemplative quality of abstraction, she creates works that invite stillness and open interpretation.

Growing up in Turkey, close to the sea and surrounded by the changing light and colours of nature, continues to inform my visual sensibility. Today, living and working in Stockholm, these early impressions meet a fascination with architecture, geometry and the contrasts between the natural and the constructed.
