The lion who is often seen as the mighty king of the wild, takes a rare moment just for himself. He lies on his back, eyes gently closed, as if he has nothing to prove to the world. This drawing is a reminder that even the strongest hearts need rest, that courage also lives in stillness, and that there is beauty in simply letting go. For a moment the king is not a ruler, not a hunter, not a symbol of strength, but simply a soul at ease.

Animals have always been a central part of my life and creative journey, shaping the way I see the world and inspiring my work. Through my art, I hope to remind people that there is something deeper in the way animals exist than we often understand, something we can still learn from, if we choose to stop and truly see it.
As a self-taught graphite artist based in Sweden, I create highly detailed animal drawings that blend realism with storytelling, atmosphere, and emotional depth.
Through graphite, I focus on capturing not only physical detail, but also presence and personality. Rather than portraying animals as simple subjects, I approach them as living beings with their own spirit and unspoken story. Many of my works reflect human experiences through the symbolism of animals, inviting viewers to slow down, reflect, and connect with something both wild and deeply familiar.
I welcome inquiries in both English and Swedish.
