Those Who Remain, 2021
Akryl
70 x 50 x 1,5 cm
They stand silent, gathered in a space that isn’t quite a place.
Perhaps the edge of memory, or a dream that’s forgotten who dreamt it.
Their bodies are shadows, shaped by both earth and breath.
I don’t know if they wait, watch, or have already left long ago.
But something holds them still. Something we cannot see, yet they never release.
Perhaps they guard what’s been forgotten.
Or perhaps they are what’s left, after waiting has come to an end.

I create intuitive, emotional paintings rooted in feeling rather than perfection. My work often explores themes of presence, inner movement, and quiet transformation — using color and texture as a way to express what words cannot.
I work primarily with acrylics and mixed media on canvas, letting each piece grow organically. I rarely plan – instead, I allow the process to guide me. I love working in layers, building depth both physically and emotionally.
What inspires me most is raw honesty – both in life and in art. I’m drawn to imperfect beauty, subtle contrasts, and the feeling that something is alive in the paint. Equally, I am inspired by mystery and by what lies beneath the visible – the hidden layers, the unspoken, the unseen currents that move through us.
My hope is that whoever encounters my art feels something real – a memory, a shift, a sense of recognition. I believe art is more than decoration – it’s a mirror, a vibration, and sometimes, a soft landing place.
