ABOUT ME
I was born in Syria. Since 2012 I have been based in Sweden. I have studied at art schools in
Damascus and Stockholm. Art for me is a path to peace and a way to keep dreams alive but also to
transform and redefine it.

A total of 85 works from the art project fakturaart were exhibited at Uppsala University.
The organizer was the Department of Cultural Anthropology & Ethnology and the research
program Engaging Vulnerability. Seperate exhibition.

In connection with the Nobel prize ceremony,my art was shown at the american embassy.
Temporary exhibition together with 6 other artists at the invitation of the culture committee in
stockholm.

Södra teatern, Stockholm
December
Donates one, for a charity gala for the people of Syria organized at Södra teatern in Stockholm via
partners such as Unicef.
