”Change Yourself” is a part of my diploma project ”It’s All in Your Head” (2023), where I explore the topic of mental health. This particular piece focuses on eating disorders (ED), bringing attention to the silent, internalized struggles that often go unnoticed.

The work reflects the pressure to conform to unrealistic standards, the obsessive inner voice demanding change, and the emotional weight that accompanies the disorder. Through symbolic elements and a deliberately unsettling visual language, I attempt to express the complexity of ED — a battle that is both deeply personal and socially shaped.
