The Noise of the World, 2025
Blandteknik
73 x 92 x 2 cm
The Noise of the World is a hauntingly beautiful meditation on chaos and quiet. In this richly textured abstract landscape, the artist conjures a sense of a cityscape cloaked in haze—where light flickers through arches and distant shapes loom like forgotten thoughts. Muted tones of slate, storm blue, and charcoal bleed into the warm blush and soft coral of the sky, echoing the blurred boundaries between the external and internal worlds. Delicate ladder motifs ascend into an abstract sky, symbols of escape, aspiration, or connection—depending on the viewer’s own interpretation. Flecks of warm color—like brief interruptions of clarity—cut through the otherwise muffled palette, suggesting the moments of meaning we grasp within the daily din. This piece invites contemplation of our relationship with the modern world: the pace, the static, and the small silences in between. Hanging in a room, The Noise of the World offers not only visual depth but emotional resonance—a striking anchor in any thoughtful, design-conscious space. Painted on canvas.

I am a Lithuanian-Swedish artist based in Stockholm, creating abstract, emotionally driven works that explore inner experiences, transformation, and the stories we carry. While many of my pieces have a narrative foundation, they remain open for interpretation, inviting viewers to connect through their own perspectives.
I create using a variety of media, including acrylic, watercolor, ink, coal, working on both paper and canvas, embracing experimentation and the interplay between structure and fluidity. Rather than focusing on technical precision, I prioritize expression, mood, and the visual impact of a piece—letting intuition guide the process.
My art is a dialogue between feeling and form, the seen and the sensed, always in motion.
