Most people have at some point felt the need to diet or follow a weight-loss plan and know the challenges it can bring. Talking about the struggles of dieting can sometimes be perceived as negative, as diets are often seen as something healthy. In this painting, I chose to illustrate these challenges while including the names of various diets to emphasize the message.
