Alona Vatkina
From the window of my Stockholm's home., 2022
Akryl
42 x 35,5 x 1 cm
This acrylic painting depicts a peaceful view of Gamla Stan from the window of a Stockholm home. The cobblestone street and old buildings in warm tones are painted with layers of acrylic, conveying the city's soft yet bright light.
Bold brushstrokes bring the scene to life, showcasing the beauty of the street below from a quiet, personal perspective. It is a moment of calm, inviting the viewer to feel as if they are looking out the window themselves, soaking in the charm of Gamla Stan.
