I have always had a big and burning passion for the american wild west , the colors and the freedom is something that catches my eye and heart and therefore I wanted to paint a moment of a cowboy gathering his herd togheter in the fading sunset. The challenge was to get the canyon in the background in the right color compared to the light all around, not to bright not to dark , a good and taughtfull task.
