This dreamy White Gold Geode is full of sparkle and positive energy. The main feature is the striking 3D Quartz crystal cluster on the bottom left corner that protrudes 5cm from the canvas. British-Swedish artist exploring her love of the natural world and creating freely.
CASSIEPARR has been active in the art world since 2018 and has explored a variety of mediums (resin, alcohol ink, fluid acrylics, watercolour) over the years, but most recently has been working with texture and acrylics.
Cassie has always had a love for colour balance, interesting textures and intricate details, but also an appreciation for simplicity and minimalism.
She has a deep connection to nature and draws a lot of inspiration from her surroundings, especially when sat by water or walking through the forests in the area she lives.
Cassie's most recent body of work are textured landscape paintings capturing the beauty of nature's composition from above - a view not often seen every day.
When you look at her work, she wants you to feel a connection to nature, to a particular place that you love, where you come from, have fond memories of and a place where you feel you belong.
Cassie continues to work with alcohol ink because she enjoys the unpredictability of such a fluid medium.
