"FloVer" is a series of figurative oshibanas (pressed flower craft) created between 2020 and 2021. The series shows how people are connected to nature and how their imperfections make them unique and beautiful. If every petal I used to create these artworks was perfect, then all of them will have the same shape, size, and color, and it will be impossible for me to create my realistic artwork for the series. The same with people - if we are perfect, we have the same character and appearance, then how could we choose someone to fall in love with?
