Natalie Lilja

My name is Natalie Lilja, I'm an abstract painter based in Sweden. I've been painting in some way on and off since 2012 but didn't start paint abstract until 2020, I immediately felt that I've found my both my medium and my genre. The abstract art let me be free in a way I hadn’t felt before, I dared to ignore rules. Since my intuition and urge for exploring leading the way in my creative process the paintings varies a lot from each other. I paint for self expression and self exploring, on the side of my job as a dentist.

My intention is to create art with an open heart,
with intuition as my strongest guide,
supported by a strong ambition to explore.
